Sure, most of residential condominiums nowadays have pools, game rooms, theater room and what not but it also comes with a price. Let's say it costs you 80 pesos per square meter for your 40 square meter studio, that will be 3,200 pesos condo dues every month which could already pay for your utility bills instead.

Okay, there is a part of Quezon City that is too far from civilization and you'll often hear a joke about Fairview being called as Farview instead. Yes, I am referring to that far north part of QC. But even then, you will still find that price of properties there are not too encouraging for its distance from QC CBD. I do not mean to offend if you love what is up there, after all, there is still no better place than home (if north east QC is your home) but I am merely comparing property prices vs proximity to major areas of the biggest city in Metro Manila.
