Tower 3 of Sunshine 100 Now Pre-Selling
If you were late to invest in DMCI's Sheridan and Brixton Projects, fret not as you still have a few options in the area and this one is the most reasonably priced in terms of price per square meter.
Beside Sheridan Towers is Sunshine 100, a 3-tower development by Federal Pioneer Development Corp. Yesterday, Tower 3 was launched after Tower 2 is already 80% sold and will be turned-over first quarter next year, 2018.
Tower 3 is set to be turned-over by 2020-2021, just in time for the completion of the new Ortigas - BGC bridge, a DPWH project that will make it easy and faster for Kapitolyo Pasig and Pioneer Mandaluyong residents to go to Bonifacio Global City instead of using EDSA or C5 road.
