Everytime I come home to my lola's (grandmother) home in Imus, Cavite via Coastal Road in Paranaque, I always turn my head a bit or drive slowly to drool on (while smiling and feeling inspired) this beautiful village along Molino Boulevard, now called Bacoor Boulevard. I have a huge crush on the young and posh neighborhood along Daang Hari Road from Alabang to Bacoor but if I am never going to be wealthy enough to afford a house there in Portofino by Brittany, Princeton Heights is my practical choice when it comes to owning a house in Cavite that is not too far from the mega city and with a decent progressive neighborhood without the sight of too many people and too many public utility vehicles. It's a modest and properly maintained neighborhood without heavy traffic yet despite growing number of local shops and franchise fastfood outlets and I hope it stays that way for many more years especially that LRT extension project is now underway to serve people  from as far as Dasmarinas City commuting daily going to their workplaces in Metro Manila.

Alea Residences Bacoor by DMCI

Finally, there is a DMCI project in this side of the Metro. 

Yes, I still consider the location of this project as part of Metro Manila even though technically, it is already in Bacoor - the first city of Cavite coming from Paranaque thru CAVITEX (Manila-Cavite Expressway).




I have known CAVITEX as "Coastal Road" since more than 10 years ago when I used to pass by this expressway every weekday going to college in Manila. Coastal road is memorable to me as I remember the joy of travelling in a wide road with landscaped plants and trees in its median strip and the Manila Bay sunset on my right when going home to my grandma's place in Imus. These daily romance with Coastal Road planted that desire in me to drive my own car someday. I always imagined myself enjoying driving here.

Fast forward 5 years after graduating from college, I was able to fulfill that dream and as I expected, the feeling of driving in Coastal Road was bliss.

Okay enough of nostalgia! Back to Alea Residences, I think this will be the nearest prime condo project at Bacoor Exit of CAVITEX or Coastal Road as I call it but anyway, most people now, especially those who are new in Cavite, call it CAVITEX.
